Order procedures

Step 1: Send email to mybracode@gmail.com with the following details:

• Name

• Contact number

• Delivery Address

• Item Name

• Size

• Quantity to order

Step 2: BRACODE will confirm the availability of item and final price (includes shipping charges) in reply mail.

Step 3: Once you have received our email, kindly arrange payment to us via direct bank-in.

Step 4: After payment have been made, please alert us via sms to 0126791425 and indicate name, transaction date, reference number and total amount.

Step 5: After confirmed receiving of payment, we will arrange delivery.

Terms and conditions

1. All item(s) sold is/are non-refundable and non-exchangable. Every single item will be ensured in good condition before sending.

2. Please refer to items measurement provided to ensure you have ordered the correct size as there might be slight difference among brands of the same age.

3. Payment must be made within 3 days after receiving confirmation email from BRACODE. Please alert us should you require additional time to do so.

4. We do not accept cheque payment.

5. We do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses.

6. We are not responsible of any DAMAGE or LOSS during shipping.
